Come & try the fastest growing sport - Pickleball at Wynnum Tennis Centre
Have you heard about one of the fastest growing sports called “Pickleball”? No it does not involve pickles but rather a paddle and a ball and is a hybrid of badminton, ping pong and tennis. It is a sport that all ages can enjoy but please be careful as it is very addictive!
Matthiew Hogg Property and Obelisk Pickleball have the pleasure of sponsoring Wynnum Pickleball. Funds raised will go towards new pickleball courts and equipment.
Session Details
Sessions are held at the Wynnum Tennis Centre on Colina Street.
If a session is showing on Open Sports at Wynnum Pickleball, then that means the session is on! Some sessions are only held during school terms or could be not on for various reasons. Don’t forget to bring a water bottle, paddle (if you have one), hat and smile (we have paddles and equipment available).
How to Book into a Session
Bookings are essential via the online Open Sports system. Download the app, click on “Request to Join”, create an account and you will be able to view and book into the sessions.
If You Need to Cancel
If you find yourself in a pickle and can no longer make a booked session, please login to your Open Sports account and click cancel order. If you cancel before the stated cutoff time, you will receive a credit through the Open Sports system.
